Amanda Serrano is aiming to make history yet again as she defends her WBA and WBO featherweight world titles against Argentina’s Lucrecia Manzur at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, on Friday, Aug. 21.
In a groundbreaking move and a first for the sport, the championship fight will be streamed exclusively on TikTok LIVE.
Serrano enters the ring with a record of 49-4-1, including 32 knockouts. She’s chasing a historic milestone: breaking Christy Martin’s record for knockouts by a female boxer. Serrano has indicated that 2026 may be her final year in the sport, but she remains determined to surpass Martin’s mark before hanging up her gloves.
Manzur enters the contest with a 14-4 record, including seven knockouts. Since suffering a stoppage due to an ear injury against Daniela Romina Bermudez in September 2023, Manzur has rebounded with a five-fight win streak, most recently earning a victory over Nahir Aymara Erlin in March 2026.
This 12-round championship bout is part of a collaboration between Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions and TikTok, marking the first time a world title fight will be broadcast on the platform.
