Ethan Nwaneri is expected to leave Arsenal before the end of the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig have previously been linked with the 19-year-old, while AC Milan are also reportedly monitoring the player.
Nwaneri was completely left out of the squad for Arsenal’s 3-0 Community Shield victory over Manchester City on Sunday.
Speaking ahead of the game, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta hinted that the youngster could leave the club in search of more playing time.
“I want him to be at the club, but in the middle, long term, what is best for the player? Ethan needs to play football, and if he stays here, it’s because we can guarantee that he can have those minutes. Otherwise, it's just something that is not good for anybody, I think,” he said.
Nwaneri spent the second half of last season on loan at Olympique Marseille, scoring two goals and providing one assist in 11 appearances.
