With fall camp in full swing for the Auburn Tigers, all eyes are on how the new offense will look under Alex Golesh inside the SEC.

With many focusing on players such as Byrum Brown and Chas Nimrod, Keshaun Singleton might be one of the easiest players to overlook during Auburn's fall camp.

However, that might just be because nothing has really changed with the perception of the team's top receiver.

While several Auburn receivers have generated plenty of attention throughout camp, Such as DeShawn Spencer, Christian Neptune, Jeremiah Koger, and Chas Nimrod, Singleton has continued to quietly go about his business as one of the most consistent players in the room.

And this may not be a bad thing.

Last season, while Alex Golesh ran the offense and led the South Florida Bulls, ten different wide receivers recorded at least one reception. Seven of those ten found double digits in catches by the end of the season.

Auburn will need depth in this offensive scheme at the position, and plenty of players are stepping up to the challenge. Golesh is already well aware of what Singleton can bring as the veteran wide receiver, and he followed him to Auburn after already playing in his offense, giving him an advantage that only a few people in the group have.

The biggest question isn't if he can relate to and learn Auburn's offense. It's something he's been doing for the past few seasons under Golesh. However, his transition to the SEC is certainly interesting because the question is if his production can translate to the tougher conference.

After the last few practices at fall camp, including the first scrimmage for the Tigers, early indications are showing that Auburn shouldn't be too concerned about that either.

Singleton apparently put together a strong performance during Auburn's first scrimmage, with people who haven't seen him much coming away impressed with how physically ready he looks to play at this level.

It should be fully expected that when Auburn takes the field in week one in Atlanta against the Baylor Bears, Singleton will be one of the top receivers ready to go.

He may not be the most flashy in camp, but consistency is something that has never been questioned in his game since arriving on the Plains.

While freshmen and other transfers work to make a name for themselves inside these preseason workouts, Byrum Brown's most trusted receiver will be ready for Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
