Texas A&M soccer added Bella Carapazza to its attack this offseason, and the national attention is already following her to Aggieland.
The former Lipscomb standout has been named to TopDrawerSoccer’s Preseason Women’s Players to Watch Top 100, checking in at No. 87 ahead of the 2026 season.

That recognition comes after Carapazza also earned a spot on the MAC Hermann Trophy Preseason Watch List, giving the Aggies another player with legitimate national buzz before the season even begins.
Carapazza earned it with production.
Over three seasons at Lipscomb, the Tarpon Springs, Florida, native appeared in 64 matches with 56 starts, piling up 14 goals and 17 assists while developing into one of the Atlantic Sun Conference’s most dangerous attacking players.
Her best season came in 2025.
Carapazza started all 22 matches and finished with seven goals and seven assists for 21 points. She fired 46 shots, put 23 of them on goal and delivered two game-winning scores on the way to another All-ASUN First Team selection.
That wasn’t some one-year explosion, either.
As a sophomore in 2024, Carapazza totaled four goals and eight assists, finished second on Lipscomb with 16 points and helped the Bisons win a conference championship and reach the NCAA Tournament.
She put 18 of her 45 shots on target and earned her first All-ASUN First Team honor.
The breakout had started even earlier.
Carapazza was named ASUN Freshman of the Year in 2023 after scoring three goals and adding two assists in 20 appearances.
She started 12 matches that season and announced herself with a two-goal performance against Austin Peay.
Now comes the jump to the SEC.
Texas A&M is getting more than an experienced forward. Carapazza brings versatility, creativity and three years of proven production into a league where scoring chances can disappear quickly.
That makes her one of the most intriguing additions on the Aggies’ roster.
Preseason lists don’t win matches, of course. Carapazza still has to prove her game translates against SEC defenses.

But after producing consistently at Lipscomb and entering the year with both Hermann Trophy and TopDrawerSoccer recognition, she won’t be arriving in College Station anonymously.
The Aggies may have found themselves another attacking weapon — and the rest of the country is already taking notice.
