
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - After competing in three seasons with the Binghamton Black Bears and winning three Commissioner's Cup championships, Dan Stone has announced his retirement from professional hockey.
Stone would play in 179 games in his time at Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in the Federal Prospects Hockey League.
Playing for the team, he would be an Empire Division Rookie All-Star and an assistant captain for the program. The blue liner would score 24 goals over his career with the team and add 84 assists across the regular season and playoffs.
Congratulations to Stone on an incredible career, as he will officially end his career as a champion, three times running.
