The Denver Broncos are committed to delivering a high-value tailgating experience at upcoming their new stadium. In a recent community meeting with Broncos president Damani Leech, the team unveiled new photographs and renderings of the reimagined tailgate and parking area. From the photos, it looks like there will be several grass strips of land where all the tailgaters will back their cars in and have tents, grills and space to enjoy pregame festivities. It will also be part of the green spaces in and around Burnham Yard when football is not being played. Below are renderings of the enhanced tailgating experience, as well as a sneak peek of the team's parking plan for the new stadium.

Curious about parking at the next Broncos stadium? There will be “approximately the same number of spaces as are at the current stadium” in Phase 1 of the development. Renderings from a community meeting tonight: pic.twitter.com/TY6bGdbdlx — Kyle Fredrickson (@kylefredrickson) August 13, 2026 The Broncos are planning to have "approximately the same number of (parking) spaces" as are currently at Empower Field, according to the Denver Gazette's Kyle Fredrickson. The improvements the team is making are impressive and will definitely liven up an area in the area that has been in disrepair for years. Partners from Burnham Yard Community Action, the group engaged in talks with Broncos leadership, issued a statement encouraging the discussions, but stressed that team leadership needs to provide "sufficient information... about their development plans," to move forward on the area plan, per Parker Gabriel of the Denver Post.

Burnham Yard Community Action, the coalition negotiating a CBA with the #Broncos, says on their website they're working "within Denver city council's timeline for approvals" on BY stadium/district plans, but need "sufficient information from owners about their development plans." pic.twitter.com/7e3lVvHNe9 — Parker Gabriel (@ParkerJGabriel) August 13, 2026 "We can’t do it by ourselves,” Broncos owner and CEO Greg Penner said in a media availability on Tuesday. The process of a new stadium and Burnham Yard development will continue until plans for groundbreaking are unveiled.
