What do we know about the Cleveland Browns after training camp? A lot of excitement about the young roster, some winners and losers, Quinshon Judkins is back healthy, and… well, that may be it. The Browns defense seems ready to steady the ship, but the switch from Myles Garrett to Jared Verse will be interesting to watch from an impact perspective.

The vibes and pace might be different, but the quarterback competition rages on, and the front office seems desperate to find another defensive end to add to the roster.

As the team prepares for preseason game #1, versus the Chicago Bears, this is a perfect time to try to project Cleveland’s initial 53-man roster. To do so, I must start with an explanation at the quarterback position. Deshaun Watsonseems to have taken the lead at the starting quarterback position. I believe if Watson wins the job, Shedeur Sanders will not be on the roster via a trade. If Sanders wins the job, Watson’s contract means he’s sticking around too.
