Llandudno 3-1 Holywell Town Newcomers Llandudno secured a third successive win to go top of the table in their third game of the season, this time condemning 10-man north Wales rivals and fellow new-boys Holywell to defeat. Kieran Smith put the hosts ahead with Mark Winsdale levelling for the visitors just before the break. Holywell's Danny Sullivan was sent off in the fifth-minute of first-half added time. It still took until the 90th minute for Llandudno to go ahead, Mark Cadwallader obliging. Callum Stephens added the third as full-time beckoned. Holywell might find consolation in rising off the bottom thanks to goal difference as they swapped places with Trefelin. The third round is not yet settled and more movement in the table can be expected on Saturday in two encounters. Unbeaten south Wales rivals Barry Town United (sixth) host Cardiff Met Uni (fifth; 12:30 BST) in a game you can watch live on the BBC Sport website and app as part of a broadcasting deal with BBC Sport Wales. Later in the day, Caernarfon Town (11th) host north Wales rivals Colwyn Bay (eighth; 17:15 BST). The New Saints FC 1-0 Briton Ferry Title-holders The New Saints went from fifth to third in the table thanks to a hard-fought win. The visitors from south Wales held out against the title-holders until Daniel Williams broke the deadlock midway through the second period. For all their efforts, Briton Ferry' second defeat in three games left them sixth, two places below where they started the night. Airbus UK Broughton 2-0 Ammanford Airbus jumped three places to seventh as they overcame Ammanford's challenge. Jordan Evans found the target early on for the hosts as they bounced back from last weekend's home defeat by Cardiff Met. George Peers' late penalty doubled Airbus' lead and they ended the night with a second win of 2026-27. Ammanford dropped a spot to 12th. Cambrian United 1-0 Flint Town United Liam Eason's late penalty gave Cambrian their first win since joining Welsh football's revamped top flight for this season. Cambrian jumped two spots to 10th on the night while Flint remain without a point in 13th. Connah's Quay Nomads 6-0 Trefelin BGC A Joseph Simatupang-Ferguson hat-trick inspired Connah's Quay to a thumping win against Trefelin Simatupang-Ferguson got the rout underway for the north Walians' with Hussein Mehasseb adding a brace either side of the break. Simatupang-Ferguson sent in his second as they continued to punish winless south Wales side Trefelin and he added his third from the penalty spot. Harry Franklin struck deep into added time to complete the win. It was the second triumph of the campaign for last season's runners-up while Trefelin ended the night bottom of the table. Haverfordwest County 0-3 Penybont Penybont continued their strong start to the league with a comfortable win at early-season strugglers Haverfordwest. Max Melbourne and Nathan Wood put the visitors 2-0 up within the first 10 minutes with Noah Daley adding the third in the 90th minute.
