Longtime Arizona Cardinals radio announcer Dave Pasch recently stepped down from that position for a bigger role at ESPN.
According to a report, we may now know some of Pasch's expanded duties.
Front Office Sports reported on Aug. 17 that ESPN was closing in on pairing Pasch with Kurt Warner as an announcing team for some games on NFL Network this season.
Bob Wischusen and Louis Riddick were also expected to call NFL Network games, according to the report.
NFL Network is scheduled to air five NFL international games this season, as well as a doubleheader during NFL Week 16.

In June, Pasch stepped away from his role with the Cardinals after 24 seasons.
He has previously called NBA and college football games for ESPN and is now expanding his role with the network, which recently acquired NFL Network.
“I’ll miss doing the Cardinals’ games, but it’s an incredible opportunity to work exclusively with ESPN, and it’s an expanded role,” Pasch said in a text message to The Republic in June.
Warner, a former Cardinals quarterback, previously served as an analyst for games on NFL Network, while also being an analyst for Westwood One Radio NFL games.
