DeMarcus Ware, Dez Bryant join sports world in reacting to Von Miller's Cowboys move

After their preseason-opening win, the Dallas Cowboys decided to make a move on defense. A former DeSoto standout will suit up for the team in 2026.

The Cowboys agreed to terms with veteran edge rusher Von Miller on Sunday night. Miller will provide a veteran presence on a revamped Dallas defense led by defensive coordinator Christian Parker.

While Miller was lobbying to join the Cowboys over the offseason, the move was met with interesting reactions from members of the NFL world. We'll see how much Von Miller has left. But at the very least, this add should be beneficial for Donovan Ezeiruaku and Malachi Lawrence.

Reasons the Von Miller signing for the Cowboys is awesome imo:
- Dude has been there, done that
- Alleviates pressure from the rest
- Also literally provides pressure for defense
- Signals the Cowboys are going to keep tooling and tooling
- More trust in Christian Parker
