Wednesday night, DiJonai Carrington slapped two players across the face, received a technical foul, shot 1-for-9 from the field and had an innocent fan removed from the game.

Got all that?

For more details on that final point, the New York Post reports that Carrington complained to officials during the fourth quarter of the Sky-Valkyries game about a fan sitting near the court. The fan was then escorted away from his seat, only to return later after Carrington's complaint was deemed "unfounded."

"The fan was cooperative after a complaint that was unfounded," a Valkyries official told ClutchPoints.

DIJONAI CARRINGTON, WHO DECLARED 'WHITE PRIVILEGE' AFTER EJECTION, PLAYS VS STORM AS WNBA REMAINS SILENT

It's unclear what Carrington accused the fan of saying. The USA Network broadcast captured part of the incident during the game.

"So, there is a stoppage right now as Chicago’s team security has stepped out along with arena security representatives," the broadcast informed viewers.

"Carrington went over to one of the officials, as you see Sarah Williams there, to say something."

Watch below:

Put simply, DiJonai Carrington does not get the benefit of the doubt. She lost that.

She continues to conduct herself like a professional victim. This was the case even before she clotheslined Sophie Cunningham, posted "white privilege" on social media from the locker room and then claimed her accusation of racism wasn't about the hard foul she committed.

So what exactly did she mean by "White privilege"?

Unfortunately, despite plenty of social media posts since, she has never explained. Rather, she has maintained that she is a target of racism without providing any proof.

Therefore, we ought not take her complaint about the fan seriously unless there's video of him conducting himself inappropriately.

EX-ESPN HOST SAYS SOPHIE CUNNINGHAM DESERVED TO BE EJECTED AND PUNISHED — NOT DIJONAI CARRINGTON, WHO CLOTHESLINED HER

Even if/when Carrington reveals what she told officials the fan allegedly shouted at her, we cannot take her word for it. These are the consequences of her behavior. People stop believing you.

Apparently, that includes officials, who let the fan return to his seat after determining Carrington's complaint was "unfounded."

Likewise, we can no longer take Angel Reese seriously when she cries racism, given the similarly unfounded nature of her many accusations against fans.

For those who can't figure out why Sophie Cunningham and Caitlin Clark are so much more popular than other WNBA players, this is part of the reason why. Cunningham and Clark conduct themselves like professionals. They are likeable.

Conversely, players like Carrington act like entitled, dishonest wannabe victims.
