Eintracht Frankfurt have unveiled their new third kit for the 2026/27 season, drawing on defining elements of Hessian ‘Ebbelwoi’ cider culture.
The campaign video brings together tradition, humour and Frankfurt culture, highlighting the jersey’s strong regional connection. At its heart is the link between Hessian cider culture and Eintracht Frankfurt, reflected in the influence of the Bembel – the traditional stoneware jug used to serve apple cider – in the design. “Was e Stöffsche!” (‘What a drink’), as the video puts it, underlines the regional bond and brings Frankfurt’s pub culture directly onto the Eagles’ jerseys.A playful tribute to home and tradition The new third kit is a playful nod to the cider culture of Frankfurt and Hesse, with its pattern drawing on the iconic design of the Bembel, the classic Hessian cider jug. The distinctive Bembel pattern has been given a modern interpretation and translated into a contemporary performance design. Blue ornamental elements on the shoulders and sleeves create a strong visual identity against the blue-grey shirt, representing a sense of home, authenticity and local identity. The design is completed by a Bembel symbol, which also features inside the collar as a tribute to Hessian cultural heritage.

“The jersey gives you a real taste of Hesse,” said Timothy Chandler. “The Bembel pattern, the colours and the eagle in the centre. You see the kit and immediately know: this is Frankfurt, this is Eintracht. It instantly makes me think of ‘Have mercy, it’s too late, the Hesse are coming!’ (‘Erbarme, zu spät, die Hesse komme!’). That message fits the kit perfectly and is something we want to carry with us into the new season, making our identity visible in stadiums across Germany.”
Three black adidas stripes on the shoulders frame the look, while the embroidered black Eintracht Frankfurt crest takes centre stage on the chest, flanked by the black adidas Performance logo and main sponsor indeed. A sporty crew neck with blue trim, along with blue sleeve cuffs, complements the shirt’s colour scheme. For the women’s team jerseys, the stars are also positioned on the back of the neck. The Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG (DVAG) logo appears on the left sleeve, while the lettering on the back is black against an all-over blue-grey background. Thanks to Climacool technology, the jersey offers a high level of comfort and optimal performance, whether at Deutsche Bank Park, on the local football pitch or enjoying a cider with friends.

The new third kit for the men’s team is now available in men’s, women’s and children’s sizes. The women’s team’s third kit is available in men’s and women’s fits. The adult version costs €100, while the children’s version is €75. Club members benefit from exclusive discounts, paying €80 for adult shirts and €60 for children’s shirts.
The men’s version is available in sizes S to 3XL, the women’s version in XS to XL and the children’s version in sizes 128 to 176.
The new third kit is available via the mainaqila app, in the online shop, at all Eintracht fan shops, the Sporthaus Riederwald and Eintracht Frankfurt’s partner fan shops. The fan shop at Deutsche Bank Park is closed due to the summer stadium programme and will reopen on Monday 17 August.
