Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Noah Brown is getting another opportunity, this time with the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders announced Sunday that they signed Brown to their active roster, adding an experienced and physical target to their passing game. He produced 33 receptions for 567 yards and two touchdowns during his lone year in Houston, averaging an impressive 17.2 yards per reception. Across his NFL career, Brown has accumulated 155 catches for 2,083 yards and six touchdowns. Those aren’t superstar numbers, but they reflect the steady value of a veteran who’s willing to handle the less glamorous responsibilities of the position. The move gives Brown a fresh start after injuries disrupted his momentum in Washington. Las Vegas isn’t asking him to become the centerpiece of its offense, but his size, toughness and experience could help stabilize the Raiders’ receiving rotation.
