Florida State men’s basketball is adding a new look to its uniforms ahead of the 2026-27 season. The Seminoles announced a jersey patch partnership with ReliaQuest, expanding the relationship between the cybersecurity company and the university.
The agreement comes as Luke Loucks prepares for his second season leading the Seminoles. It also represents another connection between ReliaQuest and the university. Check out the video announcement below, featuring the first look at the patch on the uniforms.

Moreover, ReliaQuest and Florida State previously announced a significant partnership in April centered around artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The company made a $1.5 million philanthropic investment in FSU as part of the collaboration, the largest gift the university has received to date supporting AI and cybersecurity.
Now, the ReliaQuest name will also have a presence with Florida State basketball. The company has strong ties to the university through founder and CEO Brian Murphy, an FSU alumnus and trustee. Murphy previously explained that the partnership was designed to connect academic research with real-world challenges facing the cybersecurity industry.
“The cybersecurity landscape is only getting more complex, and challenge always creates opportunity for innovation,” Murphy said when the initial partnership was announced. “This partnership will allow us to continue to push what’s possible for AI in cybersecurity, bridging the gap between academic research and real-world application during one of the most important times for our industry.”
The $1.5 million investment established the annual ReliaQuest Innovation Challenge at Florida State. The initiative is designed to encourage faculty research into complex applications of artificial intelligence within cybersecurity.
The partnership also created the ReliaQuest Interdisciplinary Digital Badge Program in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. Through the program, Florida State students receive hands-on training while also receiving mentorship from ReliaQuest professionals and exposure to advanced technology environments.
