The Florida swimming and diving program unveiled its 2026-27 schedule Monday afternoon, which features 18 total events, including the US Open, SEC Championships, NCAA Diving Zones, and the men's and women's NCAA Championships.
The Gators open the fall portion of the season on Sept. 26, with the men's team taking on Florida Atlantic and Nova Southeastern in Boca Raton, Florida, while the women's team will compete against Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee. Florida remains on the road as both teams travel to Lexington, Kentucky, for a dual meet Oct. 2 before heading to Charlottesville, Virginia, and Athens, Georgia, for dual meets Oct. 17 and Oct. 30, respectively.
In the midst of the road stretch, the diving team will return to Gainesville for a meet against Miami on Oct. 16. The Orange and Blue then return to Athens in mid-November for the annual Georgia Invitational Nov. 18-20. Select swimmers will also compete in the U.S. Open Championships Dec. 2-5.
Florida Diving will kick off the 2027 portion of the schedule in Knoxville, Tennessee, at the Tennessee Diving Invitational Jan. 7-9. The action continues Jan. 13-16, as qualifying swimmers head back to Nashville to compete in the 2027 TYR Pro Series.
The Gators then host Missouri Jan. 22-23 for their first and only home dual meet of the season at the Ann Marie Rogers Swimming and Diving Pool inside the Stephen C. O'Connell Center Natatorium. They close regular-season competition Jan. 29-30 with their annual split-site meet against in-state rival Florida State.
Swimming events for the FSU meet will be held in Ocala, while diving will be hosted in Gainesville — both on Jan. 29 — while a platform diving exhibition will take place on Jan. 30 in Gainesville.
Championship season kicks off with the SEC Championships at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas, Feb. 16-20, followed by NCAA Diving Zones March 7-10 at Tennessee's Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center in Knoxville. The Gators will then return to Austin for the NCAA Championships, where the women's team competition is slated for March 17-20, followed by the men's championships March 24-27.
Admission is free for all home meets at the O'Connell Center Natatorium.
