MASON − The Cincinnati Open trudged through one brief weather delay on Thursday as the first round of the main draw kicked off from the Lindner Family Tennis Center. The Round of 128 continues on Friday, Aug. 14 with 40 singles matches spread out across 10 different courts. Local favorites Peyton Stearns and J.J. Wolf will try to advance in the main draw Friday. Stearns will face qualifier Harriet Dart of Great Britain in the second match of the day on Champions Court. Wolf, seeking his first main draw win at his hometown tournament, is up second on Court 10 against Australia's James Duckworth.
