The Cleveland Browns are gearing up for their first preseason game of the summer on Saturday against the Chicago Bears.
It has been confirmed by Todd Monken that Deshaun Watson will be starting the opening game of preseason against the Bears and Shedeur Sanders will play against the Buffalo Bills.
The battle for the starting role in the season-opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars is still firmly ongoing.
However, it is apparent that the quarterbacks are not exactly being helped by some of their receivers during recent practice sessions.
Footage from Wednesday’s practice session in Cleveland has left fans seriously frustrated with the efforts of Jerry Jeudy.

Cleveland Browns fans left furious with WR Jerry Jeudy over training footage
Monken had been left frustrated with his Browns quarterbacks during practice this week as they worked on their two-minute drills.
The starting spot at QB is still very much up in the air and there for either Watson or Sanders to be won, but they will need some help from their wide receivers.
After throwing a 30-yard pass, Sanders saw Jeudy drop the ball during a recent practice session, and it has not gone down well with the fans.
‘Jerry Jeudy is legitimately a waste of space,’ replied one fan on X.
Another Browns fan very simply responded: ‘Get rid of him’.
One fan even suggested Jeudy should not be in the league: ‘Jeudy should be in the CFL’.
Having gone for over 1200 yards in 2024, last season was hugely disappointing for Jeudy as he only managed to put 602 on the board.
Frustrations were high as another fan replied: ‘Typical! JJ is a WR3 at a JUCO school at BEST!’
Jokingly, one fan said: ‘That boy can’t catch a cold’.
With no clear answer at quarterback, the Browns receivers and tight ends need to be at the top of their game to help drag this offensive unit forward.
‘Jerry gotta be doing this on purpose lol,’ added another fan as the optimism ahead of the new season sunk among Browns supporters.
