Former Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons has predicted the NFC East standings in the 2026 season.
Parsons spent the first four seasons of his career with the Cowboys before he was traded to the Green Bay Packers last offseason.
Dallas had an underwhelming 2025 campaign, winning just seven games, but they are expected to bounce back.
They have strengthened their defense with additions such as Rashan Gary, Caleb Downs and Von Miller without any significant losses on offense.
Parsons has revealed whether he believes the Cowboys will finish above the Philadelphia Eagles and win the NFC East.

Micah Parsons makes his Dallas Cowboys prediction
Micah Parsons has picked the Philadelphia Eagles to win the NFC East ahead of the Dallas Cowboys this season.
The Eagles have won the division in two consecutive seasons and won Super Bowl LIX against the Kansas City Chiefs two years ago.
Parsons thinks Nick Sirianni’s team will remain better than the Cowboys despite their major offseason additions.
Parsons explained: “This is probably the hardest division to scale because you don’t know what you’re getting. I’m going to take the Philadelphia Eagles as No. 1.
“I just think that they have the best team. They added a new OC, but that team is scary. It’s very scary to play.”
“At No. 2, we will go with the Dallas Cowboys,” Parsons said about his former team. “I think they showed us something when they beat the Philadelphia Eagles in that second match last year.
“They said, ‘We’re going to attack Quinyon Mitchell. We’re going to attack Cooper DeJean.’ George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb had big games. Can those two corners limit the Dallas Cowboys? I don’t know.”
Meanwhile, Parsons predicted the Washington Commanders and the New York Giants to finish in third and fourth, respectively.
