The Miami Dolphins had a travel day on Tuesday before lining up on the practice fields at the BigBear.ai Performance Center in Ashburn, Virginia, for a joint session with the Washington Commanders on Wednesday.
Both teams competed hard throughout the day and will now have a day to prepare for their preseason battle on Friday, where there will likely be a smaller workload for the starters, which is typical for these exhbition matchups.
