Caitlin Clark has firmly cemented herself as one of the best players in the WNBA, and was most recently in top form against the Dallas Wings on Friday night.
The Indiana Fever’s ace recorded 29 points as her team came away with the win to move up to fourth in the table.
After that win, Clark became the fastest WNBA or NBA player this century to reach 700 career assists.
However, the Fever’s star has been breaking records for a long time, including during her college basketball career with the Iowa Hawkeyes, when she became the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer.
And it was during her spell with Iowa that Clark drew the attention of WWE legend John Cena.

John Cena praised Caitlin Clark after she used his ‘you can’t see me’ taunt
Back in March 2023, the now-Fever player was captured using Cena’s signature wrestling taunt ‘you can’t see me’.
The multi-time WWE champion then took to X/Twitter to respond to the clip at the time, praising Clark.
Cena wrote: “Even if they could see you…they couldn’t guard you!
“Congrats on the historic performance @CaitlinClark22 and to @IowaWBB on advancing to the Final Four!”
After having a prolific career with Iowa, Clark quickly garnered attention from teams in the WNBA.
She was then selected as the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft on 15 April 2024 and has continued to shine in the league.
