Thanks to the Jayden Daniels gripe with LSU over his old No. 5 jersey going to Tigers cornerback DJ Pickett, there's a new meme that's being used by fans and teams, and it's spreading quickly.
As you'll recall, Daniels' attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter over LSU using his name, image and likeness, and a Daniels spokesperson said that it was over "LSU's decision to give Jayden's number to another player."
So now you have admins and other folks on social media making similar jokes about the No. 5 being eliminated from various places, from lines on a football field to hurricane categories. Here's a roundup with a sampling of what it looks like:
