Jeeno Thitikul just accomplished something so special that only she and World No. 1 Nelly Korda have done it over the last five years—reach double-digit wins on the LPGA. Thitikul shot a final-round eight-under 64 for a come-from-behind win at the Portland Standard Classic on Sunday. It’s her third win of the season and she joins Korda as the only three-time winners in 2026. The 23-year-old Thitikul, ranked second in the world, is used to postgame celebrations on 18th greens. This time, plenty of her fellow countrywomen were there to cheer after she completed her win by making an 18-inch par putt to beat Chanettee Wannasean and Arpichaya Yubol by one shot at Columbia Edgewater Country Club. Win No. 10 is special. “It means a lot,” Thitikul said. “I would say every win means a lot as it’s a lot of the sacrifice that we put in and the work we put in. I’ve had times that I have doubts and it’s like, ‘what is going on in my game?’ And then when you get it, you’re like, ‘wow, this is what you’re waiting for.’”

Thitikul won $300,000 from the $2 million pot and was anxious to get through photos and winner commitments so she could celebrate. She already had plans for a 5 p.m. dinner reservation at Langbaan, a classic Thai restaurant in Portland. She said she had good Thai food all week and that Portland is one of her favorite cities in the U.S. She’s on a diet and wants sushi when she returns to Dallas next week, so she’ll probably have a cheat day as well. The way to her heart is a good meal. And one of the reasons for all these wins is about being consistent. “I think the routine is really important. If you're thinking about the outcome too much or you are in the future too much, then you're not having a same routine,” Thitikul said. “I feel like the routine that you have been doing, it's always going to be yours, representing your game. I’m trying to be high on routine. Trying to stay present. Not think too much about the outcome or the future or the what ifs. “I'm not saying if I'm doing this I'm going to get it all the time. I'm just saying it should be better for you to just not think too much." Thitikul is just the eighth player since 1980 to reach at least 10 wins before turning 24, according to Elias Sports. She won at 22-under 266 after shooting 68-67-67-64. Wannasean shot the round of the week with a nine-under final-round 63 but it wasn’t enough. Wannasean even took over the lead on the back nine but not for long. Thitikul had eight birdies, an eagle and two bogeys en route to the victory. Earlier this year, Thitikul won the Honda LPGA Thailand in her home country and then the Mizuho Americas Open in May. Three months later, and she’s a winner again. Four players from Thailand finished in the top 10 Sunday, including the top three in Thitikul, Wannasean and Yubol. Pajaree Anannarukarn tied for fifth place. “We have a lot, a lot of talented players, and then I definitely believe that we can be on the top of the leaderboard,” Thitkul said. “Not just me, but all the Thai players that we have out here. It’s just a matter of time, and I just really want to inspire the next generation of Thai players as well.”
