Jerry Jones teases that Cowboys might not be done after Von Miller signing originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here. The Dallas Cowboys have built quite an impressive roster and even recently signed veteran edge rusher and future Hall of Famer Von Miller to a one-year contract. Offensively and defensively, the Cowboys are in good shape, and they should be a top playoff and maybe Super Bowl contender this season. But the Cowboys might not be done. Todd Archer of ESPN reports that Jerry Jones teased that the Cowboys, following their addition of Miller, could be looking to add more talent to this roster. Cowboys could add more to roster even after Von Miller signing "I think it's fair to say that if we could improve it, which is almost a cliche, we would," Jones said. "... So bottom line is the answer is, yes, if we saw something that would help us any place, we'd do it." Jones has teased roster moves before, including earlier this offseason, alluding to trade discussions he was having with other NFL teams. Maxx Crosby was a name strongly linked to the Cowboys, but maybe they pivot to a different addition after signing Miller to bolster their pass rush group. The Cowboys could look to add another wide receiver, as their depth is a little bit questionable behind George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb. Ryan Flournoy isn't a bad No. 3, but getting another good WR couldn't hurt. MORE: Cowboys sign 8-time Pro Bowl pass rusher, 2-time Super Bowl champion Von Miller On defense, cornerback, safety, off-ball linebacker, and more pass-rusher help would make sense for Jones and the Cowboys to target in a trade or free agency. It's looking like a much better unit than in years past, especially with Christian Parker calling plays. But there's always room for improvement, just as the Los Angeles Rams showed with their Myles Garrett trade. Cowboys fans shouldn't rule out the team making another notable addition this offseason, or even at this year's trade deadline, as Jones is more than willing to add more help to this team in pursuit of a return trip to the playoffs.
