In January, Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh hired former Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel as his new offensive coordinator. From that moment on, the Chargers guaranteed their 2026 NFL season would at least be interesting.
Harbaugh and McDaniel still have to prove whether they make a dynamic football duo. Whether it’s McDaniel’s “Mic’d Up” videos or literally every time Harbaugh opens his mouth about Justin Herbert, they’ve already cemented themselves as the NFL’s most quotable duo.
At Chargers training camp on Sunday, Harbaugh and McDaniel didn’t say a word and went viral anyway.
The Chargers posted photos showing Harbaugh and McDaniel each wearing Togethxr’s famed “EVERYONE WATCHES WOMEN’S SPORTS” slogan shirt. “What the shirt says,” the caption reads.

It was part of the Los Angeles’ “Women in Sports Day: A Chargers Social Club Event” celebration at practice, an annual tradition for the franchise. The Chargers also welcomed U.S. Paralympian and Love Island USA star Beatriz Hatz, as seen below.
Togethxr released the “EVERYONE WATCHES WOMEN’S SPORTS” statement tee in December 2023, and the shirt achieved ubiquity by the end of 2024. With each passing year, data backs up the message as an inarguable fact.
“28.3 billion minutes of women’s sports were viewed in the first half of 2026, up 18% over 2025, according to new data from Nielsen,” Ellyn Briggs of Front Office Sports reported last week. “A study conducted by the company also found that 52% of the U.S. population is now interested in women’s sports. (The share who report having ‘no interest’ has dropped almost 20% in the last three years.)”
The Chargers will open the 2026 NFL regular season by welcoming the Arizona Cardinals to SoFi Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 13
