Former Los Angeles Laker Kwame Brown has made a bold prediction about LeBron James’ move to the Philadelphia 76ers.
The 76ers immediately became one of the title favourites after James joined them in free agency earlier this summer.
Philadelphia’s starting five of James, Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Jaylen Brown and Joel Embiid might be the best in the league.
However, Brown has controversially suggested that the NBA may help them succeed to enhance LeBron’s legacy.

Kwame Brown backs LeBron James to make history with 76ers
Fans often debate whether LeBron James or Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time.
However, Kwame Brown does not believe that James should be ranked ahead of Kobe Bryant or Stephen Curry.
Bryant won five championships in his NBA career, whereas Curry and James have both won four titles each.
Brown insists that LeBron needs to win at least one more title before he can be considered better than those two rivals.
And given that James remains the face of the league, Brown has claimed that the NBA will help the 76ers this season.
“I think they’re going to try to push LeBron to give him the biggest chance possible to win a championship,” Brown said.
“They want him to have enough to edge out Kobe. He’s not going to make it over MJ at any point, but they want to get him over Kobe, at least.
“I might take a nice piece of change and bet on LeBron James to win the championship.
“How can you keep bringing up LeBron and he hasn’t even surpassed Steph in his own era?
“This would quieten the noise with the Steph Curry thing and would also give him a hard push towards saying that he’s better than Kobe.”
