In a recent report, journalist Graeme Bailey claimed that Liverpool are among the clubs monitoring Manchester United starlet JJ Gabriel. It has been mentioned that the Reds are facing competition from Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund in the race to sign the English striker.
Gabriel’s Impressive Rise In English Football
Gabriel came through the youth ranks of Man United and has done well to establish himself as an important member of their Under-18 team. The 15-year-old has banged in 29 goals and grabbed four assists in 32 matches for the Mancunian club’s U-18 side so far across all fronts.
The talented frontman is currently among the best young forwards in English football. Therefore, it is no surprise that the Reds are in the running to land him in this transfer window.
However, Gabriel is still quite inexperienced at the highest level and would need some time to be ready for top-flight football. Still, Liverpool would do well to lure him to Anfield this off-season.

Liverpool Are Among The Clubs Hoping To Land Gabriel: Is He A Star In The Making?
Gabriel is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has the vision to engineer a few inviting chances for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.
The English talent is primarily a centre-forward but can also fill in as a left-sided wide player if asked to do so by his manager. However, he is still quite raw and would need time to prove his worth in the Premier League.
We can expect Gabriel to enhance the quality of Liverpool boss Andoni Iraola’s defence. He has what it takes to nail down a regular first-team spot at the Merseyside club in the future.
At 15, Gabriel has the potential to be a success story in English football in the long run as long as he continues to improve with each season. He is a star in the making, so the Reds would be wise to go all out to get a deal done for him in this transfer window.
