The roster for the 2026 United States Walker Cup team is set.
Following the conclusion of the 126th U.S. Amateur on Sunday, the U.S. Golf Association's International Team Selection working group and captain Nathan Smith announced the final selections to represent the American team in the 51st Walker Cup at Lahinch in Ireland from Sept. 5-6. Four players were previously announced, with the last six players earning their spot on the team after the U.S. Amateur
The Walker Cup is a 10-man amateur team competition between the U.S. and Great Britain and Ireland. Lahinch is hosting its first Walker Cup competition. The U.S. leads the all-time series 40-9-1 and will be going for its sixth straight win in the competition.
The Americans will have a much younger roster than they fielded a year ago at Cypress Point, with GB&I slated to have an age and experience advantage at Lahinch.
