On Friday morning, the Washington Huskies revealed their alternate uniforms for the 2026 season. For the third consecutive season, the Huskies will be donning an all-black look, this time with "Dawgs" etched in script across the front of the jersey. In honor of another uniform unveiling, it felt right to put together a power ranking of Husky alternates from each of the last five years. 6. 2026 Blackout

Announced on Washington's social media accounts on Friday morning, the Huskies chose to retain the blackout look, featuring purple script numbers with a gold outline. The most notable component, however, of this year's edition is the gold "Dawgs" lettering across the front of the jersey. 5. 2025 Salute to Service
In Week 11 against Purdue, the Huskies debuted their "Salute to Service" uniforms. Despite keeping their classic gold helmets, the digi-camo featured in the numbering, nameplate, and pants added a unique twist to a traditional look. 4. 2024 Blackout
Originally introduced on Senior Day 2024 in a 31-19 victory over UCLA, the Huskies rolled out the all-black look for the "Blackout" themed game against the Bruins. The look was so popular among the players that they chose to wear them in the Sun Bowl against Louisville, and again in 2025 in a 38-19 win over Rutgers. Although similar to this year's jerseys, the gold numbers paired with the chrome facemask give the 2025 black uniforms a small boost over the 2026 edition. 3. 2022 White Husky Royalty
The first uniform of the "Husky Royalty" line with Adidas featured an all-white jersey with the rare gold chrome helmet. The purple and gold stripes on the shoulder pads and pants also added a flashy touch in the 28-21 road victory over Cal. 2. 2023 Purple Husky Royalty
The 2023 version of the Husky Royalty uniform brought one of the most memorable games of a historic season in a 15-7 rain-soaked win over Arizona State, fueled by an 89-yard pick-six by Mishael Powell to move Kalen DeBoer's team to 7-0. The purple uniform was rebranded with metallic gold numbers and the notorious purple chrome helmet with two thin stripes streaming down the middle. 1. 2021 Throwbacks
Who doesn't love nostalgia? In honor of the 30th anniversary of the 1991 national championship team, the Huskies brought out the bright gold pants with a small Husky logo on the side. The purple jerseys with white numbers, paired with the vintage panting Husky on the helmets, brought Husky fans back to the team's undefeated season, which was capped off with a 34-14 win over Michigan at the Rose Bowl.
