SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) - Fargo-Moorhead used a fast start on its way to claiming the series opener over Sioux City with a 9-6 win.
The RedHawks plated a pair of runs in the top of the first inning, followed by three in the top of the second.
Alberto Osuna and D'Shawn Knowles each contributed three hits in the loss.
Sioux City returns to action on Wednesday night against the RedHawks at 6:35 p.m.
