Lazio are reportedly weighing an unexpected summer swoop for out-of-favor Milan center-back Fikayo Tomori. According to Il Messaggero,via LaLazioSiamoNoi, the Biancocelesti have earmarked the Englishman as an ideal defensive reinforcement.
New Milan boss Ruben Amorim has sidelined Tomori from his project at San Siro. That’s barely surprising given the 28-year-old’s underwhelming 2025/26 season. Despite making 33 Serie A appearances, the former Chelsea defender, who joined the Rossoneri in 2021, often failed to impress.
After signing Mario Giila from Lazio, Milan are open to selling Tomori, whose contract expires at the end of next season. However, interest from the Premier League has waned, leaving the player’s future in limbo. The Biancocelesti could offer him a way out and may have a perfect bargaining chip in their midst to facilitate the transfer.
