Seattle Seahawks running back Jadarian Price was having himself a good training camp until the injury bug struck. With Price not seen for the past five non-walkthrough practices, meaning he is likely a little behind where the Seahawks want him to be. Still, there is plenty of time for the rookie to catch up, and that is paramount, because right now, you can make the case that he is the Seahawks' starter for Week 1 against the New England Patriots. When a player misses time, and as much as Price did, naturally the Seahawks staff will be cautious with him as they wouldn't want him to break down again, especially considering how important he is to the offense. It’s good to see him out there.” With the Seahawks having two preseason games left, it isn't known if Price will take part in any of them, or if he will be a full-go in joint practice against the Tennessee Titans. Granted, most times we don't see first-round picks play all that much in preseason, but Macdonald might want to give Price a series or two to get him used to "real" football again. Conversely, the joint practice against the Titans could be an option, but Seattle will be wary of how much to push Price in his return. Still, after missing a handful of practices, Seattle's prized draft pick is back, and he is ready to pick up where he left off, which was as the starter for Brian Fleury's offense.
