The New York Knicks have enjoyed a historic 2026, winning their first NBA title in 53 years.
They beat the San Antonio Spurs 4-1, clinching the championship after game five finished 94-90.
As expected, the Knicks’ success drew widespread attention, including from WWE superstar Danhausen, who attended some games at Madison Square Garden during their finals run after he ‘uncursed’ them.
Now, the NBA have shared a video of Jennifer Lopez reacting to the Knicks clinching the title, and it has not gone down well with many fans.

Lopez is shown standing up in a living room, and after the game is over, she begins screaming and shouting, including saying ‘we gotta call everyone’.
But a number of fans have criticised the NBA and the singer after the post was shared.
In response to the reaction video, one fan wrote: “She’s so fake lol couldn’t care less about how the ‘stars’ feel about sports. They always need sooooo much attention.”
Another added: “This is like that girlfriend that’s acting like she likes sports to impress her boyfriend. Delete this.”
“Nobody asked for this reaction,” commented a third, while another stated: “Literally no one cares. Thanks NBA for putting such useless information into my feed.”
Another fan also hit out at the NBA, writing: “So weird how fixated the NBA is over celebrities and their reaction.”
A fifth asked: “How much was this collab, NBA? No one likes her.”
