Tom Brady is the undisputed greatest of all time, so he has high standards. Those standards are so high, actually, that he's making it clear that he's not happy with how current NFL stars feel about the NFL preseason. Sure, starters don't have to practice to feel comfortable on the field. In that sense, they may want to skip the preseason and wait for September to roll around. But, Brady isn't having it. Since Brady is one of the best quarterbacks of any generation, it's worth listening to what he has to say. Tom Brady Makes It Clear That He Doesn't Like How Current Pro Football Players Handle the Preseason On Brady's Instagram story, shared by the former quarterback, he is calling out players for not playing in the preseason. In the post, he says many players are "looking for easy ways out these days," and the message came with a clip of him on the field during a preseason game, throwing a lovely touchdown pass to Randy Moss. "Preseason...Regular season... I never wanted to be taken off the field," Brady stated on his Instagram story. "Practice makes perfect... Too many people looking for easy ways out these days. When you're a football player, and it's football season, your job is to play football." So, NFL players, make note that Brady isn't too happy if you want to sit on the sidelines in August. Of course, it's not worth risking getting injured in the preseason and missing out on the meaningful games. But, if the protection is there, Brady makes a good point. More NFL news:
