While the Pro Bowl has lost its luster in recent years, the recognition still matters when it comes to contract negotiations and/or incentives. With training camp underway and the 2026 season right around the corner, let’s take a look at five players on the Las Vegas Raiders’ roster who could make their first appearance in the All-Star game this season.

Kolton Miller

Surprisingly, Miller hasn’t made a Pro Bowl yet. There have been plenty of seasons where the eight-year veteran was at least a top-four offensive tackle in the AFC, especially in pass protection, as he’s been considered one of the biggest snubs on a handful of occasions.

Miller might have been on his way to finally earning the bid last season, giving up just four pressures and ranking third among all NFL offensive tackles with an 86.5 grade from Pro Football Focus before getting sidelined for the rest of the campaign after just four games. If he picks up where he left off and the Raiders’ offensive line improves as a whole in 2026, that should help the soon-to-be 31-year-old finally get the recognition he deserves.

Ashton Jeanty

Speaking of how bad Las Vegas’ offensive line was last year, Jeanty’s rookie season is considered a disappointment because of how much the team struggled up front last year. With a healthy Miller, adding three-time Pro Bowler Tyler Linderbaum, and Klint Kubiak bringing long-time offensive line coach Rick Dennison into the building, the Silver and Black should be much better in the trenches this season.

Obviously, that’s good news for the 2025 first-round pick, who nearly rushed for 1,000-yards despite constantly facing defenders in the backfield. He started to break through when the offense got him the ball in space, where the elusiveness that made the Boise State product a Heisman Trophy finalist shined through. According to PFF, Jeanty finished last year with 61 missed tackles forced, tied for fifth among running backs during the regular season. With more breathing room, he’s poised for a breakout performance.

Tre Tucker

Tre Tucker

While the last two seasons have been painful for the Silver and Black, Tucker has been one of the few bright spots. His production and role in the offense have consistently improved year-after-year, going from 19 catches and 331 yards as a depth piece off the bench in year one to making 17 starts and being the team’s leading receiver with 57 grabs for 696 yards last year.

That trend should continue since the 2023 third-round pick enters training camp as the top wide receiver on the Raiders’ roster for the first time. Granted, he’ll have to compete with tight end Brock Bowers for targets, but Tucker has earned an expanded role in the offense with how he’s grown over the last three years. Plus, he’s entering a contract year for some extra motivation, and earlier this offseason, Kubiak mentioned how he likes what the Cincinnati product can bring to the table.

Eric Stokes

Stokes was one of the few pleasant surprises from last year’s 3-14 club. The former first-round pick went from being cast aside by the Green Bay Packers to becoming the top cornerback in Las Vegas, earning a three-year, $30 million contract extension this offseason.

While the lack of a formidable support cast certainly helped, the former Packer led all cornerbacks with at least 146 opportunities in coverage snaps per reception allowed (19.8) last season, according to PFF. He’ll likely have to add some interceptions this year to earn a Pro Bowl bid, as the five-year veteran hasn’t had a pick since his rookie season. But if he can continue to be a shutdown corner and throw in a few turnovers to beef up the stat line, Stokes will make a compelling case for his first All-Star game.

Connor Heyward

Fullbacks are an endangered species in the NFL, and only one from each conference makes the Pro Bowl per season. Over the last several years, the position has been dominated by two players: the San Francisco 49ers’ Kyle Juszczyk and Patrick Ricard, formerly of the Baltimore Ravens. Juszczyk has earned the bid in each of the last 10 seasons while Ricard has gotten the nod six times over the last seven seasons. However, those two will have to compete with each other after the former Raven followed John Harbaugh to the New York Giants.

That opens up the door for the handful of AFC fullbacks to make the Pro Bowl roster, including Heyward. On top of that, the free-agent signing has a similar skill set to Juszczyk with his background as a tight end and ability to impact the passing game in addition to being a lead blocker. Considering 49ers’ head coach Kyle Shanahan is one of Kubiak’s mentors, a big season could be incoming for Heyward.

It also has to help that Connor has some name recognition since his father, Craig “Ironhead” Heyward, had an 11-year NFL career as a fullback/running back and was a Pro Bowler in 1995.
