The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up for their first pre-season game of the year later this week.
Ahead of the new season kicking off, Travis Kelce has been speaking to the media this week about a number of topics.
When doing so, he was quick to praise Xavier Worthy, who recently returned to training on Monday after suffering from a sprained shoulder.
Travis Kelce loves how Xavier Worthy is running routes and praises his attention to detail
As quoted by SleeperChiefs on X/Twitter, Kelce explained that he loves the way Worthy is working right now whilst also praising his attention to detail and how he is running routes.
He added that once the Chiefs get Worthy back on the field, they will have a ‘full arsenal’.
Travis said: “He’s [Worthy] a man on a mission right now, I love the way he is working and his attention to detail and how he’s running his routes, the aggression he’s running his routes in, when we get him back out here, we’ll be a full arsenal.”
The Chiefs are now due to take on the Los Angeles Rams in their first pre-season game on Saturday.
Meetings with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the current Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks, then follow in the remainder of August before the proper campaign gets underway next month.
