Travis Kelce made sure his new wedding ring was impossible to miss as he arrived at Arrowhead Stadium ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs’ pre-season opener against the Los Angeles Rams.
The 36-year-old tight end was sporting a yellow gold band on his ring finger, giving fans another glimpse into life after his July 3 wedding to Taylor Swift.
Kelce and Swift tied the knot at Madison Square Garden in New York, with more than 1,000 guests attending the celebration. Details from inside the wedding have remained limited because of strict security and a no-phone policy.
Swift has also been seen wearing her own ring since the wedding, most recently during a night out in London earlier this week.
Travis Kelce’s wedding ring steals the spotlight at Arrowhead
Kelce arrived at Arrowhead in a tie-dye outfit, black sunglasses and trainers, but it was the chunky gold wedding band that quickly caught attention.
The Chiefs even shared footage of Kelce arriving on social media, adding the caption ‘TK on site 👀’ and ‘Year 14’.
However, Kelce was not involved in Saturday’s game as Kansas City opted to keep him out of the pre-season opener. Patrick Mahomes was also unavailable, with Justin Fields starting at quarterback.
The new ring comes just days after Kelce opened up about his wedding for the first time during training camp.
‘Wedding was the best night of my life,’ Kelce told reporters, before adding that it was a ‘crazy night’ filled with celebration. He then quickly turned the focus back to football.

That focus will be important for the Chiefs after a disappointing 2025 season. Kansas City finished 6-11 and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2014, while Kelce recorded 851 receiving yards and five touchdowns across 17 games.
Kelce has already spoken about wanting to become a better leader as he enters his 14th NFL season.
For now, though, his first pre-season appearance as a married man produced a much simpler headline. The wedding ring was firmly on display, even if Swift was nowhere to be seen at Arrowhead.
