SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The No. 23 Sterling City Eagles will make their return to the six-man ranks this season under the direction of first-year head coach Dale Pustejovsky.
Sterling City struggled in its last season of 11-man ball this past season, going 1-9 overall and 1-4 in district.
But there's a lot of excitement this season, as the Eagles make their return to six-man play. They won their first and only state title as a six-man team in 2020.
We caught up with Pustejovsky and the Eagles recently during two-a-days workouts.
