“Now that he’s retired I guarantee you, may not happen this season, but it may, next season retire his jersey and a statue," Felton said. "He is stamped in OKC, bro. The best player, the favorite. Listen, y’all know how I feel about Shai, I love Shai. Shai is No. 2. I think he will always be No. 2. What Russ did in OKC, you got to understand he built that. There was no team in OKC, Russ built that. He built the winning culture, he stayed loyal, he stayed down with the fans. Russell Westbrook will be the all-time favorite Thunder player ever.”
