The penultimate card of the UFC's packed August lineup goes down Saturday with UFC Fight Night 285 from Golden 1 Center in Sacramento.
Headlining the promotion's first card in California's capital since July 2019 will be a matchup of ranked middleweights. Anthony Hernandez (15-3 MMA, 9-3 UFC) looks to rebound from having his long winning streak snapped when he takes on Gregory Rodrigues (19-6 MMA, 10-3 UFC), who won his last fight by knockout in less than two minutes.

Anthony Hernandez vs. Gregory Rodrigues
Hernandez has earned 12 of his 15 career victories by stoppage. He's finished five of his nine UFC wins by submission.

Spivac has landed 32 takedowns in UFC heavyweight competition, the third-most in divisional history behind Curtis Blaydes (66) and Cain Velasquez (34).
Vitor Petrino (14-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) is 3-0 since he moved up to the heavyweight division in July 2025.
Petrino's three-fight UFC winning streak at heavyweight is tied for the second-longest active streak in the division behind Valter Walker (five).
Reinier de Ridder vs. Roman Dolidze
Reinier de Ridder (20-4 MMA, 4-2 UFC), a former two-division ONE Championship titleholder, moved up to light heavyweight after spending his previous six octagon appearances at middleweight.
De Ridder has earned 18 of his 21 career victories by stoppage. That includes three of his four UFC wins.
Roman Dolidze (14-6 MMA, 8-6 UFC) returns to the UFC light heavyweight division. He's 3-0 in the octagon when competing at 205 pounds.
MarQuel Mederos vs. Mason Jones
Mason Jones (18-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) is 3-0 since he returned to the UFC for a second stint in May.
Jones lands 55.3 percent of his takedown attempts in UFC lightweight competition, the best rate among active fighters in the weight class.
Carli Judice vs. Jeisla Chaves
Carli Judice (6-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC) is the only female in UFC history to earn knockout victories stemming from a knee and from a kick.
Judice's two knockdowns landed in UFC women's flyweight competition are tied for third-most in divisional history behind Taila Santos (three) and Ariane da Silva (three).
Judice's three fight night bonuses for UFC women's flyweight bouts are tied with Molly McCann for most in divisional history. McCann earned her last bonus in February 2024.
Shamil Gaziev vs. Kennedy Nzechukwu
Kennedy Nzechukwu (14-6-1 MMA, 8-6-1 UFC) is 2-1-1 since he moved up to the heavyweight division in October 2024.
Nzechukwu earned a knockout at UFC 259 despite a -64 deficit in significant strikes landed, the biggest statistical comeback for a light heavyweight bout and third overall in UFC history.
Shanelle Dyer vs. Elise Reed
Elise Reed (8-5 MMA, 4-5 UFC) has alternated wins and losses over her past 10 fights. She was defeated in her most recent bout at UFC Fight Night 256.
