U.S. Open ticket prices are soaring even as questions surround the health of stars Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.

The average get-in price sits at $311 - compared to $262 at the same point in 2025 - with 15 days to go before the Open begins Aug. 30, according to TicketData.

The average price to get into Arthur Ashe Stadium for a day session is $348, a 21.4% increase over the last 30 days. The average price in Ashe for a night session is $231, a $14 increase over the same span.

These numbers come even as Alcaraz (wrist) and then Sinner (knee) both withdrew from the Cincinnati Open, the biggest hardcourt warm-up tournament for the U.S. Open.

Alcaraz is the defending champion after beating Sinner in four sets in last year’s final in front of Donald Trump, yet the Spaniard hasn’t played since April due to a wrist injury.

Still, videos posted to social media this week show Alcaraz training on hardcourts.

Sinner and Alcaraz have combined to win 9 of the last 10 major titles.

“Whatever uncertainty there is [for Alcaraz and Sinner] hasn’t shown up in the market,” TicketData’s Keith Pagello told Front Office Sports. “Prices climbed right through both Cincinnati withdrawals.”

The ideal situation for the Open - and its fans - would be for both Sinner and Alcaraz to be in the draw alongside French Open champion Alexander Zverev and 24-time major champion Novak Djokovic.

Sinner currently sits as a 49% favorite to win the title, followed by Alcaraz (13%) and Zverev (12%), per Kalshi.

“Even if one of them [Sinner or Alcaraz] did withdraw, I don’t think you’d see a sharp, sudden drop in overall prices,” Pagello said.

Outside of those four players, Americans Ben Shelton and Taylor Fritz are among the other betting favorites. Shelton just beat fellow American Brandon Nakashima on Thursday to win his second straight Canadian Open.

The average get-in price for the semifinals is $332, down 26.4% from a year ago, while the average get-in price for the finals is $542, up 20.8% from 2025.

On the women’s side, two-time defending champion and world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka is the favorite at 26%, per Kalshi, followed by six-time major winner Iga Swiatek (15%) and two-time Slam winner Elena Rybakina (13%).
