Youngster Diomandé of course sealed his long-awaited big-money Real Madrid switch earlier this month, after the brass at the Bernabéu agreed to meet the considerable demands of their counterparts at German outfit RB Leipzig.
The 19-year-old has since gone on to link up with his new teammates in Spain’s capital, ahead of playing what is expected to be a leading role under José Mourinho over the season ahead.
And though they have not yet been afforded the chance to watch him in competitive action in Blancos colours, the understanding is that Diomandé has already made quite the impression on all behind the scenes at Valdebebas.
