Major League Baseball is heading back to the cornfields. The Minnesota Twins will play the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday, Aug. 13 in the third "MLB at Field of Dreams" game. This special regular-season game is the first in a three-game series between the two teams. Gametime is 7:30 p.m. EST. This is the first Field of Dreams game since 2022. The event took a break for a few years so workers could upgrade the site and build a new, permanent stadium next to the famous movie location.
To match the old-fashioned feeling of the ballpark, both teams will wear throwback uniforms. The Phillies will wear gray jerseys based on what the team wore from 1939 to 1941. The Twins will wear white home jerseys modeled after their original look from the 1960s. Fans can watch the game streaming live on Netflix.
